Mend Canon MV600

Canon MV600 MiniDV?

I removed the firewire lead from my computer without first asking to safely remove it. As a result the output from my camera via the firewire output no longer works although the rest of the camera is OK. Canon MV600. Have tested it on other computers with the same result.
