Mend UPVC Lock Windows

Door lock problam?

I reacently had new upvc door. First it didnt come with panal . Panal arived later but when i put the panal in door now door lock doesnt work.Lock was working before.
Could some one advise me what to do???

Open door and try lock.
If locks works perfectly, then you have not packed door correctly and need to do this.
Sometimes there may be a small snip that is pushed it when the door is closed. If you have one of these you would need to push in before trying to lock the door in the open position.
