Mend Westinghouse 1999 Engineer Replaced Model

Refrigerator Gas?

We have a double door white westinghouse refrigerator and the engineer says the gas needs to be replaced. We are not sure what gas was used originally ? the model is for the year 1999.. would anyone know what is the gas that is used?
