Mend LG Tronn Washing Removed Water

My LG Tronn Washer won't run?

I was washing a load of towels and it cut off. I removed some of the towels, then all of the towels and noticed there is water in bottom of machine. When I restart the machine, the water won't run and nothing happens, just blinks like it is refilling....any ideas?
