Mend Volkswagen Golf 1992 Passenger Rear Car

How to open my passenger rear door on a VW golf 1992?

Just bought the car and the rear door won't open.
I didn't see a child lock for the rears door.
The mechanism seam to be the problem, when I pull on the door handle it seam to be free. But how to fix it without having the door open?
