my fridgidaire dryer srarts but wont tumble the clothes?

it is a newer model fridgidaire dryer and washer i need to find out how to find the belts on the dryer because i dont even know where to begin. there doesnt seem to be any kind of front panel that i can remove i am not very mechanical but i am desperate some one please help.
