Mend Inotech Old Control He

How can i fix it?

My 3year old son played with the tv remote control. He locked it somehow. On the screen when I put the tv on it shows a black screen with a red key on left bottom. I tried all the buttons on remote but nothing is happening. No button on tv works. I tried unplugging tv for 2 days but still the same.
How can I get the tv to work again.
