do i need a new fridge freezer?

my fridge part of diplomat apm6842 is not cold as should be even on max but freezer ok.can hear motor operate.

I have the same problem on an APM6855 if it is frost free the return air circulation from the fridge back to the freezer blocks up with ice Try turning it off and defrosting it for a day or two
