Mend Sky Sky+ Going Split Second

sky + fault?

When watching tv through the sky + box the picture keeps going off for a split second then back on. I have tried a new scart lead as suggested by the sky help line the fault is still there.
the tv is ok when used with a terrestrial aerial.
