bosch fridge freezer ?

fan very noisy sounds like its hitting metal,
sound is just below ceiling inside freezer at the back there is a cover on the inside that looks like it should come off should come off ? but dont want to use to much force help would be appreciated.

hey how u i just had the same problem...if its the same problem i had what i did was switch off the machine open the fridge door for 24hrs some times 2days.....its to let all the ice melt in the freezer it does take time....the noise usually from the ice hitting the fan....2nd u should check back of the machine right at bottom if there is any water gathered
