Mend Craftsman Start Compression

32cc craftsman wont start?

my compression is at 95 psi. dosn't have any scors on the cyl. do you know what the mixture screw should be set at and the spark plug gap? also when i prime the carb i pump it 3 times and pull start it 5 or 6 times then take the spark plug out there is alot of fuel in there to where it floods it.
