zanussi jetstream 1400?

when switching on my machine i heard a bleeping sound soon afterwards,went to check and found had water all over the floor,E10 flashed up.i switched off machine and emptied clothes from drum but was suprised to find no water in drum ,i checked underneath for any hosepipes off but everthing seemed intact.my new wooden floor was soaked with the water,can you tell me what i should do please?thanks,allan
