Mend Bathroom Bath Water Sink

How to make my taps work?

In my bathroom, upstairs, my toilet and bath both supply water as they should.
The sink in the same room doesnt but used to.
The contactor who sold us the house a few years ago did the installation and everything worked. I can't understand how its not working when its on the same system?
