You dont have a fan belt. It's either the auxilliary belt, easy to fit, or the cam belt (which may be a chain) which is difficult to fit. If the cambelt/chain has broken it will have damage the engine and may not be worth repairing.
What is the engine code ( eg z12ze) or at least give us the engine size and fuel.
