where can i get info to replcae a thermostat on a 2000 olds Alero?

Before you mess with the therm make sure your cooling fan is working with and without the ac on ....
I worked for olds for over 2o years and most of the time on these models the cooling fan was faulty ...
you didn`t mention what engine you had but on a v6 the therm is located at the end of the top radiator hose on top of the intake .....if its a 2.3 its located at the rear of engine under the water pump housing and is a mess to replace
