neff tumble dryer type T735?

warning sound ,water container full,it is not full it is empty,have also cleaned and dried air cooler.drying time lasts about 10 mins before warning sound comes on.3 years old.help!

hi,mines doing the same.got it apart at mo.water is in back of machine at bottom.which suggests to me that a pump must have gone which pumps it upto the container.not sure.have you got yours fixed?and what was it?thanks.
