Mend Stopped Working Months Ago

why has my saw stopped working?

My chain saw worked perfectly when I last used it four months ago ,when I tried it yesterday the wheel that turns the chain wasnt going round, any ideas whats wrong.

you need to be a little more specific on what wheel you are talking about. Did you take the side cover off so you can remove the chain and bar and then see if it is moving while you pull the chainsaw over. Make sure the sparkplug is off
