Mend Beko BCFN515W Repair Appliance Freezer

hi how can we fix our beco fridge freezer, had it only two years?

fridge and freezer has stopped working. light, fans, and motor seems to be working still but no cold air.
Could it be gas or thermostat?

Oh dear Beko seem to be problematic. Mine is 3 years old and I have a gas smell, probably a similar problem.
