synergy sliding doors?

Hi wonder if anyone can help? just bought a synergy quiet pleased but the off side sliding door i cant open the near side would only open when i operated both inner and outer handles, i WD'ed the this lock and worked it and now will operate as should but off side wont open at all the lock is moving up and down but even if i try to use both inner and outer handles it wont budge any advice?
