i have filled my van with petrol by mistake and need to drain it out doe any one no how i would do this on a 02 ford courier

remove the fuel pipe/pipes from the fuel inlet on the fuel tank and drain into a large drum container, secure pipes back on when empty and fill with diesel, may require bleeding depends if you ran it far or just had it towed home when you relised what you done
