Mend Berkline 2965 Recliner Recline Help

How do i fix this recliner. It is a berkliner recliner?

I have recovered my berkline recliner. I think i put the mechanism back the right way under the bottom and back. Only it still won't recline. Did I do it right. How can I get it to recline. Please help!
