it behaves this way: start windows normarlly and if i press enter key it still goes back to start widows normally. pls help me
You would most probably have to restore your computer to factory settings unless you know someone that could repair it for you. In fact, Fujitsu Siemens laptops usually have a repair feature on their recovery discs, so you may be able to repair it that way. You need to locate these discs and load them up. Beware that you may/may not lose your data depending on what you do!
