i have replaced blown pcb but cannot get mixer to slow down.it stays constant speed fast all the time thanks.

turn mixer upside down there are two spring loaded screws set speed from knob to minimum by turning screws clockwise you should notice notice that the speed is decreasing if not the triac must be replaced
