Mend Hotpoint RFM63 Freezer Appliance Reset

freezer stopped working?

hi there,i have a hotpint rfm63 fridge freezer the freezer has stopped working ,the warning light has come on,now the fridge is been ice-ing up now.I have switched it all off for a couple of day hoping it would reset itself but nothing.I have pressed the fast freeze button but nothing, any ideas?
