how to change the tax rate on sam4s er-5215m?

1) Turn the key to the P position
2) Enter the tax rate with three decimal positions. For 6.25% you would enter 6.250
3) Enter two more zeros. (These are options for VAT and GST which are not used in the US.)
4) Press the TAX SHFT key corresponding to the tax rate you want to set. Generally, this should be TAX SHFT 1.
5) Press the CASH key.
6) Turn the key back to the REG position.
