switch the freezer off for three days then make sure the drain valve is working at the rear of the freezer, then switch back on.
do this in the garage or out side plenty of water will come out.

Have exactly same problem - have just inherited this fridge on moving house. Can't find SERVICE fridges anywhere - do you know who the manufacturer is? and I will look into this some more.
