How can I fix the Ice problem on Electrolux Premier Freezer?

I have an Electrolux Premier build in freezer about 2 years old.

It supposed to be auto defrost but I notice now that quite a lot of ice is forming at the bottom of the freezer.

Should this happen

Any help on this matter will be gratefully appreciated.

there is a hole at the back of these that gets blocked and instead of the water draining onto the top of the compressor it runs inside onto the bottom of the freezer
