You will need a schematic of all componets on that fuse and then put a inline fuse to each componet to see which is acutually blowing the fuse and then you can isolate problem to which is the short in system ...........oh yea ain`t it fun.....you might even have a short in wiring going to grd so it`ll be alot more fun to find ....can use either a test light hooked to where fuse is at and when light goes off you have found short ....I have found that using a chime alarm or buzzer hooked in where fuse goes you can find the short be moving wires and when you hear buzzer quit you are near the short to grd. good luck I used to do electrical work for cadillacs .......damned a cadillac
