Mend Craftsman 43" Blade Shaft Replacement

how do you replace the pulley on the spindle of my mower?

I'm having to replace a broken spindle, all four bolt brakets on the spidle were broken when something was run over. I have the spidle ready to come off, but the pulley is been pressed onto the shaft. What is the best way to remove the pulley off of the old spindle and to put the pulley on the new one? The blades are fine. I have a 43" craftsman with 17.5 HP.
