how can I fix AEG F35080VI integrated dishwasher ?

My dishwasher has stopped heating the water or drying the dishes....I would be grateful for any ideas.

track on main control pcb fused or bad solder joints on heater relay.resolder with fuse wire and resolder joints around heater relay.could also be a faulty element.check element with a multimeter.should be around 29 ohms
