How can I increase hot water flow?

How can I increase the hot water flow on my Domina 80 E, as at this present moment in time, I can pour water out of a jug faster.
Any sensible sugestions appreciated.

How does the Flow rate compare between the Cold & Hot taps?, if the hot is much slower I suspect the the Domestic Plate Heat Exchanger is scaled up get a RGI to clean or repalce
