no hot water on sime combi?

we have no hot water on our sime combi, can anyone help? cheers jason

heating ok open hot water tap micro switch operate burner light up & cut out appx 10 sec

heating work fine. divertor valve pin move to operate micro switch gas valve open &fire the bioler for appx 10 sec
