why does the bosch freezer goes down suddenly?

hi, I have a GSU23 bosch freezer, and everytime it comes up with another cooling problem, it suddenly goes from -18c to -7c and this time the error code is "LD" or "LO" I dont know which one. and since the meaning of the error codes is not listed in the manual I want to ask you what that means and what should i do?! i'm exhausted and I appreciate your help
