How do I replace the carbon brushes on B & Q Performance hedge cutter PWR500HTA Serial No.200304 please?

You first have to get some new brushes - Solent Tools in the UK have two web sites and one is carbonbrushes.co.uk.

Next dismantle the machine until you find the motor - take out the old brushes and put in the new ones - then reassemble everything.
