How to fix my w910i the slide is very ruff and the screen is blank because the slide has a lost it mechanism and there is a cable connected to the slide and screen which makes my screen not come on the screen isnt crack

If it's still under warranty take it back to where you bought it from. They may be able to replace the 'guts' of the phone, but essentially being a new phone (with your old case) you may lose any data stored on the handset.
