No sound when I play my Technics SX PR170 digital Piano?

The keys on my Technics SX PR170 have stopeed working. Everything else works for example the drums, Demo etc so there is no problem with the speakers, power or processor.

When the keys are played no sound can be heard and the screen does not register that any keys are being played. I have checked to see if the cable connecting the keyboard to the processor is still connected and it is.

I am at a loss as I cant afford a costly repair not a new piano.

Can anyone help??

Thanks

Phil

Thanks for the reply, I tried that but it made no difference.

Something that I failed to mention before. A day or two before the keyboard stopped working one of the high octave # keys received a bit of a knock and stuck down but I managed to free it.

What reminded me is that today I pressed a combination of a few keys in a much lower octave and I could head a quiet high pitch tone and I am sure that it was the tone of the key that became stuck. Very strange!! Is it worth me opening up the keyboard to see if there is any damage to the sensor? If there is damage to the sensor relating to the stuck key how would it effect the entire key board?

Your thoughts would be great.

Thanks

Phil

Do a full reset of the ensemble by pressing the following keys all at once and then press the power on button:

In the rythm section group: press "Rock" + "Funk" + "Fusion"

Commonly the first 3 keys in the rythm section
