Mend Hotpoint TL52 Tumble Dryer Repair Motor

how can i fix my tumble dryer hotpoint first edition MODEL tl52?

you can hear the motor running but the drum does not go round i have changed the belt and it still does not work.
if you push the drum slightly it will start moving.
