washing machine?

my bosch classixx washing machine doesnt seem to end a cycle. its doesnt rinse properly, i was thinking it is maybe the element as the water doesnt seem to heat up. would that cause these symptoms ?

i would check the control module b4 the heater 9 out of 10 time its the mobule not sending the power to the heater.

The element needs to heat the water - that's how the crocks are dried - in steam heat - I would suspect the element before anything else.

Pete's suggestion of a cold wash is interesting - or perhaps just a joke. Nice one Pete...
