Mend Mitsubishi 50" Picture Top Bottom

Bowed picture - top and bottom?

I have a Mitsubishi 50" which now has the picture on the top and bottom of the screen that bows in (concave).
Does this just need an adjustment?

Unlikely it would be simply adjustment.
V12 chassis suffers terribly with worn out electrolytic capacitors in the field output circuit.
