diplomat fridge freezer?

Hi, The same thing happened to me. I was told it could be that the fridge door had been left open and there was a build up of ice at the back, which could not be seen. This might be stopping the fridge working. I was advised to switch off the fridge freezer for 48 hours - after emptying, of course -and then switch it back on but not refill for 10 hours.
I am thrilled to say it has worked.
