Mend Diplomat APM 6825 Temperature Freezer Power

my fridge is cold but the freezer is not?

My fridge is cold but the freezer is not. The light works, so power is getting to the fridge and the fridge is maintaining a cold temp but the freezer is only just at 0 degrees and the food has all thawed.

Please can you tell me the likely cause and do I need to buy a new one.

It is a Diplomat APM 6825

before you go spending money on parts try cleaning your coils first.And then check your fan to make sure it is blowing .
