Mend Stoves Cooker Replacement Cooling Fan

how can i replace oven cooling fan cut-off switch?

The cooling fan on my stoves cooker is on constantly. I was advised by Stoves that I needed to replace the cut-off switch. I had the part sent but despite unscrewing the panel near the fan, I cannot see how to get at it. Please help. I cannot afford a repairer
