I can email you the instrctns which i got on 31/12/2009! from the customer care as apdf/email. These are clear enough. Or I can fax you.
Briefly, Top row-Clockface is the timer, M=operating mode, and arrow is override(which means it switches it either on or off for that period). There are the preset programme which will cover 6.30-8.30am and 16.30-22.30. If the small round clock shows in the same digital clock rectangle, then you know the timer is on. Use +/- signs to change the times needed. Please forward to other ferroli users!. All best for New Year!

Is it the c/h stat on the front of the boiler you mean?

If so it sounds like 2 faults, firstly the diverter valve may be stuck in the c/h position and the hot water flow switch is stuck on.

Try turning both the hot water stat right down and see if that turns it off.
