Mend Zanussi Jetsystem Turning Off Lock

turning off lock?

Hi,

With regards to Zanussi Jetsystem
The washing machine is showing a lock on it and will not turn on. There are 2 keys with the lock showing underneath, which i have tried pressing but this has not helped.
