Mend Electrolux Fan Oven Electric Cooker Fuse

Electrolux fan oven cuts out?

My Electrolux fan oven cuts out after about a minute, tripping the fuse. Any ideas? It has been suggested I make sure element is dry, which it is. It does begin to warm up. There is not a conventional oven option, only the grill, which again seems to work OK. It is a new oven to me so I have no idea whether this has happened before.
