Mend Vauxhall Astra MK4 Central Locking Door Lock

how can i trip my central locking on an astra mk4 2000?

doorlock wont open as some git stuffed a screwdriver in it and jammed the lock.... also the keypad has gone down (broke inside) the boot only works on central locking....there was a way to trip the central locking on earlier astra by putting a battery across the rear numberplate light terminals....
