Mend Grundig Skybox Second Work Card

Second Hand Skybox doesnt work with my Sky Card!?

My original Panasonic Skybox is on the blink. Neighbours leaving the country, gave me their old Grundig Skybox. But they only had the basic contract, but I pay also for Sport and Films, which are now blocked....."Wrong card for the Skybox".
How do I get it to function properly?
