not igniting?

my coal affect gas fire pilot does not ignight. we have to use matches and hold nob for few second.

take out the coals and clean out the pilot and injector. make shore the spark lead is conected at both sides. there shud be a gap of 3-5mm between the spark electrode and pilot.
