glow worm ultimate central heating not igniting, pilot light on, hot water ?

my gloworm ultimate 50ff boiler will not ignite through the normal controls, the fan is not running and the automatic igniter issent clicking in. if i put a direct live feed to the fan it runs and opens the gas valve an i can light it manually, it runs perfectley but i can not control any settings, if i dissconect the live feed 2 the fan the boiler goes out. if i leave the wire on an turn the boiler off at the clock thr poilet lite goes out ?

faulty 2/3 port valve may be able to install just a synchron motor approx 15 pounds

The boiler itself must be OK if it heats water. The fault is probably a faulty heating/water change-over valve. (fitted near the circulating pump)
