Mend Glow-worm Combi Condensing Boiler Heating

How can I fix my glow worm boiler SXI?

The Boiler is lit and the hot water is fine, however although the water pipe is hot no heat is coming through the radiators. I have bled the radiators, but one problem is we have no hot water tank so where is the pump?
The Boiler is a combi boiler 24cxi G.C. No 47-047-23

i have a problem with my glow worm sxi boiler, no power to bolier when 2 port valves are switching on?

have you bled your radiators , as usually its the one with no thermostatic valve on it , and is your pressure up to 1.5 bar. if that doesnt work its your divertor valve

The pump is inside the boiler. If the hot water is working ok (without any unusual noise or banging) then the diverter valve may be stuck in the hot water position.
